Becoming a member of Alpha Max was the best thing we as an individual GP practice but also our whole group of 16 GP practices has ever done. We deal with anything from “normal” to “complex” HR queries and until being Alpha members we fumbled our way through hoping we were following policies and Employment Law correctly. The support we receive from the Alpha team is fantastic, invaluable, I would not want to be without the support. I particularly appreciate how friendly and the helpful the members of the team are even if sometimes I feel like I’m asking a silly question.
